By reserving a room and checking in, the guest confirms that they will adhere to the internal rules of the guest house “Prie Marių Nida” (hereinafter referred to as the guest house) listed below. Failure to comply may result in the guest being warned by the responsible persons of the guest house (hereinafter referred to as the administration). Furthermore, guests who continue to violate or knowingly breach these rules may be asked to leave the guest house. In such cases, any fees paid by the guest will not be refunded, and the guest must pay for all services acquired until departure.
The administration of the guest house is prohibited from providing any information about guests to third parties without the guest’s consent.
Guest arrival/check-in time at the guest house is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Departure/check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-in after reception hours must be confirmed by the administration.
The administration reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals whose behavior is inappropriate, contrary to public order, or violates other generally accepted norms of conduct.
Upon request by the administration, arriving guests must present a valid identification document.
Accommodation fees are payable according to the established prices for the respective period (in EUR), i.e., according to the cooperation agreement or the current daily rate. The guest house reserves the right to change service prices at its discretion.
Only persons registered at the guest house reception are allowed to stay in the rooms. Guests must pay for all individuals actually staying in the room. Additional charges apply for extra persons.
Upon guest request and subject to availability, a late check-out may be provided (extended stay until 1:00 PM) for an additional fee (20 EUR per hour).
In case of reservation cancellation, shortening of the reservation, or guest’s failure to arrive, refunds will not be issued.
If the guest departs earlier than the booked duration, i.e., without completing the entire stay, no refunds will be provided for the unused time.
Guest rooms are serviced by hanging the card on the door.
The guest house agrees to keep found (left) guest belongings for 10 days from the guest’s departure date. Hygiene products, underwear, and similar items are not kept and are disposed of upon guest departure. Upon written request by the guest, guest belongings kept at the guest house can be sent to them by mail or otherwise transferred if the guest agrees to cover the shipping costs.
Upon departure, the guest must return the guest house inventory to the staff. If damaged, lost, or otherwise misplaced, the guest must compensate for the value of the inventory. The room key is returned during departure. If the room key is lost or damaged, the guest must pay a 30 EUR key replacement fee.
If due to damage it is impossible to accommodate guests (damaged room inventory, damaged electrical wires, pipes, etc.), the full room rate is paid for the period required to eliminate the damage.
The person who reserves the room(s) is responsible for the behavior of all persons staying in the room and compliance with these rules. For damage caused by minors, inactive/limitedly active guests, their parents/guardians/caretakers or other responsible persons during their stay are liable.
In case of danger to the safety of the guest(s) or the threat of damage to their property, as well as in response to complaints from other guests of the guest house, the administration has the right to enter the guest’s room.
The guest house is not responsible for items left by the guest in the room or on the guest house premises.
Guests must inform the guest house administration of any noticed technical malfunctions. Otherwise, the guest house is relieved of responsibility.
If the guest fails to vacate the room by the agreed departure time and cannot be reached, or when the guest maliciously fails to settle for the provided services and does not vacate the room upon the administration’s request, the administration reserves the right to move the items in the room to other guest house premises and store them until retrieval for a fee set by the guest house.
